Chyna Bates is the CEO & Founder of Little Miss Melanin. Little Miss Melanin is a Non-Profit Organization that aims to empower and support young girls of color.
We create a safe, fun, and inspirational environment that inspires girls to be bold, brave, and brilliant. LMM encourages girls to take pride in their culture and heritage and to have a strong self-image.
Each girl participates in dynamic workshops on self love, leadership, S.T.E.A.M. careers, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, etiquette, pageantry, fine arts, nutrition and wellness.
Our Mission is to provide opportunities for girls of color to develop and nuture a love for themselves and embrace their unique qualities and talents to live a life fillled with purpose.
